Out of all bands that are currently emerging in the alternative, punk, and pop punk scenes, it’s quite the challenge to find a band whose music remains as consistently great as Nashville TN’s Winona Fighter’s. They just dropped their debut album a few weeks back titled ‘My Apologies To The Chef’, and it is truly a no skips album with every song being made for a circle pit. One of the singles off of that album with the amazing title ‘You Look Like A Drunk Phoebe Bridgers’ just got paired with a music video.
Much like the rest of their discography, this song is punchy, catchy, and has a positive happy vibe that all alt kids want when they go to a show. The attitude of this track perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the entire album and is sure to be an album of the year contender for many despite only being a few months into the year. Most if not all of the content from the music video took place at their show at The Echo in Los Angeles a few weeks back, and it is sure to give all fans a good taste of fomo.
The band is set to step foot in the UK for the very first time with some support dates lined up for The Used as well as playing the iconic Slam Dunk Festival this May. Followed by that is the second US leg of their tour supporting this album. You can check out a list of dates below.
