After releasing their cover of Jelly Roll's "I Am Not Okay" last year, the Ontario-based metalcore outfit As The Structure Fails have released their brand new single "Osiris" along with an accompanying music video.

Watch the video here or click below.

This nearly three minute track shows that a metal song can be both heavy hitting and atmospheric. "Osiris" displays a distinct range in vocals such as in the beginning when vocalists Carter and Kyle Laird show off incredible cleans with nicely toned mid-screms layered underneth. The song's atmosphere is formed through a combination of massive riffs, innovative melodies and a stellar production that makes "Osiris" an immersive journey through death and rebirth. The song's main chug riff that you hear in the beginning and end is my favorite part as it is very catchy and heavy.

"This song takes the band in places we have never been creatively before, we tried to capture a unique darkness specifically in the lyrics and guitar sections of the song. This is the first time we’ve ever incorporated a real violin player into the music" - As The Structure Fails
